Terms 

We will not ship any order until fully paid for by a cashiers check or money order.  All sales are final.  All items sold by TLC Amusements are non-returnable.  No Credit Card sales will be accepted.  A 25% restocking fee will be charged on any item we accept back.  You are responsible for all charges incurred returning unwanted items.  Returned items must be packed with the same packing material used in our delivery.  You must contact TLC for authorization to return any items before you ship any item back.
